Itinerary Overview:

Day 1 - Manaus
Arriving in Manaus, you'll be welcomed and swiftly transferred to your hotel. After a refreshing pause, meet your private guide for a city stroll through the historic heart, visiting the Opera House and the Mercado Municipal Adolpho Lisboa. Admire the Belle Époque architecture, explore vibrant stalls of local spices, fruits, and Amazonian delicacies, and breathe in the city's unique atmosphere. For dinner, enjoy an exceptional Amazonian menu at Caxiri, a beautifully restored mansion overlooking the Opera House, renowned for elegantly reinterpreted regional dishes. Overnight at Juma Opera Hotel.

Day 2 - Presidente Figueiredo
After breakfast, head two hours north to Presidente Figueiredo, land of caves and waterfalls. A guided hike through the Maruaga Reserve reveals giant trees, sandstone caves, and refreshing cascades where you can bathe in crystal-clear waters. After relaxing in the stunning Lagoa Cristalina, you can meet Cachoeira da Neblina, a hidden gem nestled deep in the Amazon rainforest. This waterfall is known for its serene atmosphere, surrounded by dense vegetation and misty air that gives it its name. The trail to reach it is moderately challenging, but the reward is a peaceful natural pool perfect for a refreshing swim and quiet contemplation. Return to Manaus by evening, reenergized by the forest’s vibrant spirit. Overnight at Juma Opera Hotel.

Day 3 - Meeting of Waters (Encontro da Águas)
After breakfast, head to the port for a boat ride to the Meeting of the Waters, where the dark Rio Negro meets the muddy Solimões without blending, a stunning Amazon phenomenon. Then visit Janauari Park to see the giant water lilies and enjoy lunch at a floating restaurant. Overnight at Hotel Villa Amazônia.

Day 4 - Floresta Amazônica
Start the day with a canoe ride at sunrise, then enjoy breakfast at the lodge. At 9 a.m., explore the flooded forest by speedboat and try piranha fishing near the lodge. After lunch, head into the rainforest for a jungle trek with a local mateiro guide who shares the secrets of the Amazon. After dinner, go canoeing to spot caimans and other nocturnal wildlife. Overnight at Hotel Villa Amazônia.

Day 5 - Arquipélago Anavilhanas
After breakfast, take a speedboat to a local conservation center to meet the famous pink dolphins — the botos, iconic and deeply respected in Amazonian culture. In the afternoon, explore the Anavilhanas Archipelago, the second largest river archipelago in the world. Swim, relax on a river beach, and enjoy the sunset on the way back to the lodge. Overnight at Hotel Villa Amazônia.

Day 6 - Amazon Vibes
After breakfast, take a speedboat to the Acajatuba community, located in a sustainable-use reserve. Learn about local projects focused on rainforest preservation and traditional extractive practices — collecting seeds, fruits, and natural essences. Visit the community center and school, guided by locals who share their knowledge of Amazon survival. Overnight at Hotel Villa Amazônia.

Day 7 - Back to Manaus
After breakfast, enjoy a quiet morning at the lodge surrounded by nature. Then travel by speedboat to Ubim port (2 hours), followed by a road transfer to Manaus, arriving around 1 p.m. After lunch, visit MUSA, the Reserva Florestal Adolpho Ducke, one of the world’s last untouched urban forests. Walk easy trails through lush vegetation, spot birds and insects, and admire orchids, bromeliads, and water lilies. Climb the 42-meter observation tower for panoramic views and, if you wish, stay to watch the sunset. Overnight at Hotel Villa Amazônia.

Day 8 - Departure
