Day 1 – Canastra & Pimenta-de-cheiro
Arrive and settle into the luxurious Fasano BH. Enjoy a leisurely morning with artisanal coffee and pão de queijo. Visit Dona Lucinha, famed for the Tropeiro Delicioso, and dine elegantly at Gata Gorda, savoring innovative dishes like Pastel de rabo de boi with Canastra fondue.

Day 2 – Serro & Pimenta Cumari
